Clay and Elizabeth bring decades of experience in the fitness industry to the upstate. Clay, a Veteran of the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division, has a background in boxing (he fought in the New York Golden Gloves) and in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in which he holds the rank of Black Belt. Elizabeth has a dance background spanning back to when she was four years old. She is also an expert in Pilates, posture correction, flexibility and post-rehabilitative therapy. Their clientele list includes Matt Damon, Anna Paquin, Stevie Van Zandt, and Drea Dematteo, to name a few.
The Burwells live in Mauldin, South Carolina with their sons, Rudy and Jackson, and their dog, Zulu.
